A tech pack is the instruction manual for your garment. A clear one means fewer sample rounds, fewer surprises and a faster launch.
What to include
Flat sketches
Front and back drawings of the garment with seams, pockets, zips and stitching shown. Hand drawings are fine if they are clear.
Measurement chart
Key measurements for every size: chest, body length, sleeve length, shoulder, hem and cuff. Add a tolerance (for example ±1 cm) so the factory knows how exact to be.
Fabric and weight
Fabric type, composition and weight in GSM. For example: "French terry, 100% cotton, 400 GSM". Not sure? Our GSM guide explains the ranges.
Colours
Pantone TCX codes are best. A physical swatch you mail to us is even better.
Artwork and placement
Vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG), the print or embroidery method, size in centimetres and distance from a fixed point such as the collar seam.
Trims and labels
Zips, drawcords, eyelets, neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging.

Send photos of a garment you like plus your logo. Our sampling team can turn that into a working spec with you.
