Cut and sew
Cut and sew manufacturer
We build garments from the fabric roll up: your pattern, your fabric, your fit. Not printed blanks.
What cut and sew means
Cut and sew manufacturing starts with a pattern made to your measurements. Fabric is cut into panels and sewn into a new garment, so you control the fit, the seams, the pocket placement and every detail. It is how premium streetwear and activewear brands make products that do not look like everyone else's.
Our cut and sew process
- Pattern making from your tech pack or a reference garment
- Fabric sourcing by weight, composition and colour
- Sampling and fit adjustments
- Grading the pattern across your size range
- Cutting in layers for consistent sizing
- Sewing on overlock, flatlock and lockstitch lines
- Finishing: printing, embroidery, washing, labels and packing
Cut and sew vs print on blanks
Printing on blanks is fast but every brand gets the same fit. Cut and sew costs more per piece and takes longer, but the garment is yours: a heavier fabric, a boxier cut, a custom rib, a hidden pocket.
Why Canzon Sport
Design, sampling and production happen in one Sialkot factory, so nothing gets lost between a design studio and a separate manufacturer. MOQ is 25 pieces per design and you can book a live video call to see your order at any stage.
