Types of clothing samples
- Proto sample: first test of shape and construction
- Fit sample: checked on a real body, adjusted until right
- Salesman sample: for photoshoots, pre-orders and buyers
- Pre-production sample: final approval with exact fabric, print and trims
Our sampling process
Send a tech pack or reference garment. We make a pattern, cut and sew the sample, photograph and measure it, then send it to you. Changes are made on the next round before bulk.
Sample costs
Samples are quoted per style and paid before work starts. On bulk orders, sample costs can be credited back.
