From roll to parcel
Eight stages, one roof
Because every stage is in-house, we control quality and timelines without waiting on outside suppliers.
Stage 1
Sampling room
Pattern makers turn your tech pack into a paper pattern and sew the first sample. Measurements are checked against your size chart.
Stage 2
Fabric store
Rolls are checked for shade, weight (GSM) and defects before they are released for cutting.
Stage 3
Cutting
Fabric is laid in layers and cut to the graded pattern so every size matches your approved sample.
Stage 4
Printing & sublimation
Screen printing, sublimation, DTG and DTF happen in-house, with colour checks against your Pantone references.
Stage 5
Embroidery
Multi-head embroidery machines stitch logos, patches and names, including 3D puff and chenille.
Stage 6
Stitching lines
Overlock, flatlock and lockstitch machines assemble each garment, with line supervisors checking every stage.
Stage 7
Quality control
Finished pieces are measured, inspected for stitching and print defects, and compared with the approved sample.
Stage 8
Packing & dispatch
Garments are folded, tagged and bagged to your spec, then boxed and labelled for courier or freight.
